CO Alarms New Regulations for Landlords

From October 1st 2022 CO Alarms are now required in rental properties where there are gas appliances (except gas cookers). This is a change as the CO Alarms were only poreviously advised as best practice. Landlords that fail to act on this new legislation could be fined heavily. Any CO Alarms that are fitted bust be fitted according to the CO Alarm manufacturer's instructions.
